We drove through huge coffee plantations before getting out at a factory. The flowers smell beautiful, the fruit is plentiful.
The most expensive coffee here is made by feeding the fruit to weasels which eat them. The beans pass through m, but the chemical process of digestion help to produce different flavours so the weasel poo is roasted and served up at premium price!
